          Hi, is it possible to use impersonation to login to another mailbox using delegated impersonation permission in Exchange ?!

 If someone shared you access to their mailbox, you can access it as shown here:
 
 Shared mailbox access
 
 For more advanced scenarios, you can always configure the underlying ExchangeService object, for instance, set ImpersonatedUserId object as shown at this SO post. MailBee exposes native ExchangeService object as Ews.Service property.
