Greetings,
Looking for help with a unique (at least to me) email issue. We have a website that was repointed to a new server a few months ago. The old email was not imported before doing this. We can log into and access our old email with web.com until the end of Oct.
Is there a way to import/export the old email from web.com? Usually an easy process. However the issue is the site is repointed to different nameservers. If I try to import with Thunderbird, Outlook or other, it will just sync up to the new server and pull the current email. Do I have any options to get my old email that is stored on the old server?
Any help would be appreciated. The email address in question is the exact same name or address it was before the repoint. Hope I provided good info.

Assuming you have IMAP access to those mailboxes, we'd recommend to use tools like imapcopy to migrate data from old account to a new one.

Thanks so much Igor! I'll look into that. Yes, we have IMAP access. Off to check out imapcopy. Will follow up when complete.
Thank you again. I wasn't sure if this is a general help forum or for AfterLogic support only.
