This message probably means MailBee Objects are not properly installed.

When you install WebMail, you should install MailBee Objects (bin/mailbee.exe) and MessageCensor (bin/messagecensor.exe). If you already have them installed, make sure there is no permission problem existed: IUSR_YOUR_SERVER_NAME user must be granted to run user-installed ActiveX components.

yes, I installed the objects, but where do I check for that IUSR_YOU_SERVER_NAME, and as soon as I get this to work (if I ever do!) do new users have to install them objects too?

BTW Thanks for the quick reply!!!

As soon as I can understand from "do new users have to install them objects too?" question, you installed MailBee Objects on your client machine, not on the webserver where WebMail is installed.

Please make sure you have MailBee Objects and MessageCensor installed on the server.

Regards,
Alex
