When new messages come in, they are not bolded to show that they have not been read. Is there a fix for this?

We could not reproduce this problem. I sent you mail regarding obtaining test account on your server. Also, could you please let us know what database engine name/version is being used?
Regards,
Alex

I'm actually having this same problem. I've got two email accounts; one shows new messages in bold but the other does not.
I'm using SQL 2000 for my database

Are they IMAP or POP3 accounts? In case of IMAP accounts, downloaded messages can be initially marked as read because IMAP server stores Seen/Unseen flags and if the messages were downloaded earlier via another e-mail client, they will be downloaded as read in WebMail Pro.
Best regards,
Andrew

Is that account in Direct Mode? If so, WebMail Pro accesses messages directly on POP3 server without downloading them into the database, but POP3 protocol doesn't support storing message statuses like read/unread on mail server. For the same reason read/unread statuses are not supported in WebMail Lite.
Best regards,
Andrew

Ok, I get it. Yes, I do indeed have it configured for Direct Mode.
Thanks!
