Please let us know which product you're using (MailBee WebMail Lite, MailBee WebMail Pro, MailBee WebMail PHP, etc).
Also, could you please provide us with a test account on your mail server and WebMail installation so we would be able to test?
We need the following info:
- mail server host name/port (e.g. mail.yourdomain.com/25)
- username of a test account
- password of a test account
- URL of your WebMail installation
