Is it at all possible to Syncronise my Webmail contacts with my Outlook contacts to ensure they are both always the same?

I don't think webmail has anything built in and wondered if anyone knows of a way/program that can sync an access or SQL db with the contacts in Outlook 2003....

I know it's a long shot but I thought i'd ask

We've plans to develop this utility in the future but no exact release date assigned yet.
