I am interested in the pro version of webmail to collect via imap. I logged in to our email server and it called up the folders but with (0) mails against each one. Any ideas?

Mails won't be collected into your account in WebMail Pro until you press Synchronize button on the toolbar. To make IMAP synchronization perform automatically when you log in your account, please check "Synchronize folders at login" option in account Properties dialog.

Alex

Sorry I forgot to mention that yes I did synchronise but the result was (0) on all folders. This was using the demo pro version from your website.

Could you please provide us with this account info (mail server name/login/password) so we would be able to examine it? You can send this info to Support Request Form.

Regards,
Alex

Thank you for the test account. We found there is an error in number #3 in inbox (I also tried to test receiving mails with Outlook Express and it returned PARSE ERROR for Inbox).

If you delete this mail, mail retrieval should succeed (if there are no more damaged messages).

Regards,
Alex
