I have tried importing outlook 2000 and outlook XP contact lists in CSV (windows) and CSV (DOS) files, but each time, only one contact is imported.
Is this working as intended? or a bug?

There is no common standard for contacts CSV format so it's possible CSV file you use has not fully supported format. Could you please send this file to us so we would be able to examine it and either fix a bug (if any) or tell you how to fix the file itself (if the problem is with the file). You can send it to support@afterlogic.com

Regards,
Alex

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem. When import a CSV file only 2 of my contacts get imported - shall I send you my csv file or wait until you've checked Dylan's file?

Please send it now. The problem may actually be the same as Dylan's and may be not (there are too many possible issues with CSV to tell for sure without having actual files).

Regards,
Alex

The file you have sent was ddcontacts.CSV.lnk rather than ddcontacts.CSV (it's a Windows Explorer's shortcut rather than actual file). Please send the actual file. Thanks!

Alex

Mark and Dylan, many thanks for the files. Now the problem is fixed (there were multiline values in your contacts which were not originally supported).

The fix was sent to your email addresses.

Regards,
Alex
