Hello,
I have the Pro version and when composing an HTML message the Verdana font is missing. Arial, times Roman etc are there but no verdana....
Do you know how I would get this font as an option? It is quite important as Verdana is the 'company font' and using Ariel kind of takes away the 'flow'....
Thanks

To add Verdana font, open functions_new.inc.asp, locate lines 870-874 (exact numbers may be a bit different in your version) with the following content:
Code:
<option value="Arial">Arial</option>
<option value="Arial Black">Arial Black</option>
<option value="Courier New">Courier New</option>
<option value="Tahoma">Tahoma</option>
<option value="Times New Roman">Times New Roman</option>
|
|
|
and add the following line:
Code:
<option value="Verdana">Verdana</option>
|
|
|
Regards,
Alex

Hello Alex,
Thank you for your reply. I have inserted your code and made verdana the selected font but although it says verdana in the drop down it still writes as Ariel. To fix this I need to highlight the text and select Verdana.
Do you please know how to make the font default to verdana?
Also, will all these alterations be deleted when a new version is released? Or does the new version retain any alterations made?
Thanks for a great product!!!
Mark

In edit_area.asp, replace Arial with Verdana in .wm_html_editor/font-family definition.

We'll add Verdana font in future versions but Arial will still be the default font.
Sorry for delay with this answer, we've been changing our hosting provider in the moment of your posting, and forum notification has somehow delayed.
