MailBee.NET AntiSpam Component can be used for building a spam filter indeed. It provides Bayesian filter which can be trained and subsequently used for detecting spam.
We don't offer ready-to-use antispam solution (there's a sample available though), and if you choose to create one you will need to train your filter with actual spam and non-spam messages.
