That error isn't related to WebMail directly, it's MySQL server dropping the connection for some reason. We recommend to recheck MySQL configuration, specifically wait_timeout and max_allowed_packet settings.

Hi,

Heres the reply from my host.

"
Hi there,

Sorry this is a problem with Afterlogic if it cannot work within a 60 second timeout window. Increasing the packet size can cause security issues on our servers and we do not have any issues with ANY other applications talking to MySQL.

Best Regards
"

Now Im confused where configs should be change if its the host site or the webmail pro. I still dont have the answer why only some user experience this and not all.

Please enlighten me.

Thanks.
