Just installed WebMail Pro and when I log into the mailadm.asp the Database Settings and the User Mangement menu items are Greyed out and not clickable. Not sure what I have done wrong.

Thanks,

Are you sure Database Settings are greyed out? User Mangement is greyed out if database settings are incorrect, but Database Settings should be always available...

Could you check it again?

Regards,
Alex

Absolutely positive. Just tried clicking on it as well so it isn't just a display issue.

Really need to get this working today.

The lite version ran fine on this machine.
I'm willing to send you my config files and any info you may need.
Thanks,
Timothy Tisdel

Oh, that's another deal. WebMail Lite has these links disabled. It seems you still use WebMail Lite version (or maybe you unpacked WebMail Pro .zip into the same location where Lite resides). Try to install WebMail Pro package into new location, or completely remove existing installation before installing WebMail Pro.

Regards,
Alex
