i have a issue of sending the long video through mail.
is there anyway to send such big sizes video file through email?

The first thing which needs to be checked is restriction applied by particular mail server. It's quite a reqular
situation when mail messages coming through SMTP server are restricted based on their size to, say, 100Mb.

If you're certain that this is not about mail server limitations, recheck the email client configuration and the
environment where it's running. For instance, if you use WebMail Pro PHP for sending/receiving mails, you should have
memory_limit set to, approximately, attachment's size multiplied by 10.
