hello
what is the best way to prevent the users from deleting the mails ?
to make something like an archive ?
or leaving any deleted mail stay in the trash forever .
another thing , i noticed that the "request delivery confirmation" don't change to my selected language . how can i change it ?

Hm... didn't think of removing the button itself. It might be possible to hide it, I'll check this and let you know.

OK, here we go. The first fix affects three-pane view. There is a function in message-list-central-pane.js file (line ~72), it contains this code which should be modified like this. As for other layout mode, you'll need to edit this code in message-list-top-screen.js file (line ~404) so that it looks like this.
The fix is provided AS IS, no warranty.

It was made for v6 and probably won't work for v5; there's still a chance though - frankly, we didn't check this

hey igor :)
i have tryed the solution and its working %100 , however there is still one problem witch it the icon on the trash folder it need to be hidden too , else it will be like we did nothing. 
other question i noticed that there is no ver 6 in lite edition so i downloaded the pro one to eval it before buying it(it is a must buy tho) , in ver 5 you can set the webmail to complete the @domin for you , but i can't find it here .

Regarding the Trash folder, I doubt this can be done in an easy way. There's a Manage Folder screen, you'll
probably have to block it completely. Anyway, I'll check with the dev team, and if there's a simple fix
available, I'll let you know.
As for the 2nd point, not sure if I got this correctly, but sounds like you're looking for settings.xml

i will do the setting tweak and hope for the best .
i can guarantee that i will buy this fantastic webmail if the trash folder problem can be fixed .
my buying isn't mutch but it is the least that i can do to help in the development .

According to the developer in charge, there's no simple way to hide the Trash folder. And even if we make sure the folder is
not shown in folders list, it will still be available through Manage Folders screen.
There's another option however, if you use IMAP. When new WebMail Pro account is created, a number of special folders are
checked on mail server, and if, say, Trash folder is not there, it will be created. The simple solution I see here is to
make sure that the folder is NOT created when the account is accessed for the first time. Would this approach suit you?

Ah, now that's a really simple thing to do. Find CreateEmptyFolderElement function in
js/mail/folders-pane.js file. In the first line of that function, wm_clear_folder
class is mentioned, replace it with wm_hide, save changes and clear web browser cache.
That's it!

Well we don't have a license for 600 users, the closest available options are 500 and 1000 users.
As for the license upgrade, it is possible of course, and you'll only need to pay the price difference.

thanks igor , yeah sorry i meant 500
now after the main problem solved .
i have a question about the address book from the admin panel , if i enable it i log in a user and go to contacts but i can't find anything added .
the only way is to start a massage and start typing a name then it get shown , now this maybe good for single mail or two but when i have over 500+ users this is no good :(
and i can't tell everyone to import an address book (most of them can beraly send e-mail).
in sum : how can i make a global address book for all of the users in there contact list without importing it manually in each user .
