Is there some way I can disable the Cache function of WebMail even temporarily?
Whenever I make changes to the external links, everyone has to force a cache empty on their computers,
and not all the people using it are... saavy lol.
Any way I can prevent WebMail from caching or clear its cache manually?

Caching mechanism relies on the value stored in VERSION file found in root directory. If
you have made modifications to your code and would like those changes to be applied for every
user, modify content of VERSION file (say, by adding .1 there), that should do the trick.
