Hi,
[Excuse my english, I am from France]
I have just installed afterlogic webmail lite on my server (apache/mysql/php/postfix/dovecot...)
There are many domains and accounts on this server.
It is really a good webmail. Before I used AtmailOpen and RoundcubeMail but I find Afterlogic faster (and other good stuff  )
So, webmail lite work fine but I have a small problem with some accounts.
For all my old accounts, which I have add on Outlook (or iphone or Thunderbird) (Pop or IMAP), when I go to the webmail I can see all my emails.
But with a new account (that I have never add on Outlook or Iphone...I can't see his emails! Inbox folder is empty even I try to send new mails to this account.
If I use Atmailopen or RoundcubeMail with this new account then I can see emails.
Have you got any idea about this?

First of all, do you use POP3 or IMAP account? What synchronization mode do you
have set for Inbox? And by the way, are we speaking of PHP or ASP.NET version?
Enabling debug logging in AdminPanel and checking the logs for errors might be
helpful as well.

Hi,
I use IMAP Account
I have tried different synchronisation mode for inbox (direct, header only, and other)
Of course php version (I have said: server (apache/php/mysql...)

If, after sending a message to that account, you can't see it in WebMail, can you see that message using any other IMAP client, say, Mozilla Thunderbird?

Hi,
Yes I can see this message with RoundcubeMail or AtmailOpen (I have 3 possibility of webmail) and on Mozilla Thunderbird too
