I have webmail pro. One of my accounts is unable to manage their imap folders.

On the Settings > Email Accounts page they do NOT have the "Reload Folders Tree" button or the "Let me use another folder as a system folder" check box.

How can I enable those items? Thanks,

Are you using .NET or PHP version? What version number is installed?

By the way. Please recheck that the account is actually created as IMAP one. For instance, there shouldn't be "Type of Inbox synchronization" dropdown in account settings, every folder should have its own sync.mode.

We're using the .net version.

The "type of inbox synchronization" dropdown does exist. How do I convert this over to IMAP?

The only way for this is to remove the account and create it with IMAP type selected. POP3 and IMAP accounts have really different structure so there's no simple way to change account type without recreating it.
