We are seeing issues when using Internet Explorer to
access Webmail. All other browsers work fine. We'd like
to NOT use IE, but unfortunately, we can't control what our
clients use as browsers.
In IE6 - IE8, although we are using the code to
automatically log the user in (we have our own database of
users, and we used the examples to login the user in C#
code behind), in IE ONLY Webmail prompts every time for
a login. Firefox, Chrome and Safari simply log the user in.
Also, in IE7, we have a rendering issue. In the main email
view, the "Manage Folders" at the bottom left does not
render. In fact, nothing after the "Quarantine" folder link
on the left renders.
Anyone have any insight into either of these issues?
Thanks,
Bill Richardson

Is it Lite or Pro version of AfterLogic WebMail ASP.NET? We've just re-tested it in IE6 and 8 and found no issues.
That's actually strange as there should be no difference which web browser is used because integration works on server side.
Could you please provide us with URL and test account which would allow us to reproduce the issue?
Best regards,
Andrew

Andrew -
It is the Pro version.
I'll send the URL and test account to you so you can reproduce.

Let me add to the info:
The error I am getting is:
"The previous session was terminated due to a timeout."
My main site is a .com site... WebMail-Pro is installed on the .net site (which are both pointed to the same server). So, although they share the same path, the domains are not the same. Could this be the issue, since they won't share session across two domains?

Since session IDs are passed using cookies, and cookies can only be accessed from domain they were created in, this indeed may be a source of a problem. To achieve reliable integration, WebMail Pro installation and your own application should be in the same domain. If it's possible, we suggest to move WebMail Pro installation to the same domain where you main site is.

Looks like it's IE-related issue:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323752/en-us
Though the article refers to IE6, later versions seem to be affected as well:

To work around this, we suggest to pass login/password to WebMail Pro installation without using cookies, and run integration code there.
