Is there any type plugin type ability so that i can add functionality to webmail pro?

Though WebMail Pro PHP doesn't have plugin system, it has a set of "hooks" which allows overriding certain functions. Overriders are added into custom_data_class.php within the data folder, and thus are not overwritten when the product is updated. There is no documentation on this at the moment, but searching through the source code of WebMail Pro PHP can provide guidelines on this.
