Those folders are available only if WebMail Pro is used within AfterLogic XMail Server Pro bundle. Email account should be hosted by XMail Server Pro as well.

Well, the code is exactly the same for both standalone and bundled versions, some things are triggered in the code depending on the configuration. But even if you manage to find out where and how it's done, this wouldn't work as those mechanisms work on native XMail Server level, they simply cannot be used within standalone WebMail Pro.

The suggested option is using AfterLogic XMail Server Pro.
Note that WebMail Pro has filtering mechanism which allows moving messages to different folder based on message properties. For instance, if your mail server support antispam check and can add something like "[SPAM]" to message subject, you can create Spam folder in your account and configure WebMail Pro filters for moving such messages to specified folder.
