I am evaluating your product to see if it meets
my needs (it is so close !!). Is it possible to
share contacts between users. For example if my
setup has 4 users and I enter all of our
collective contacts into my contacts is there a
way for the other three users to be able to
see/use those contacts.

Contacts sharing is not supported by WebMail Pro at the moment, we're planning to add this in subsequent version of AfterLogic WebMail Pro.

Can you give any indication when this feature
may become available. To be honest this is the
only thing that is holding me back from actually
purchasing your product.

New version of WebMail Pro 4.7 is to be released within a couple of weeks, this feature will not be available there. Thus, it may become available starting from version 4.8, probably a couple of months.
Please note that you can order WebMail Pro customization from our Professional Services team if you like.
