Hello, when I was starting the installer I get this error:

Zeile 15:   <compilation debug="true">
Zeile 16:            </compilation>
Zeile 17:            <authentication mode="Windows"/>
Zeile 18:      </system.web>
Zeile 19:      <system.codedom>

Have you configured the virtual directory as an application?
