When I use IE 7.0 to download attach file, it seems sometimes not working, but if I choose to Mozilla Firefox, it is always OK. If the attach file name is not English, the IE can not recognize it properly, download file will be unicode name, sometimes can not be download.

Any one can give suggestion?
