I have noticed recently that the mailbee webmail is slow sending emails.
There appears to be a memory issue in DLLHOST *after* the message is sent...
The whole process can take up to 3 minutes to successfully send a one word email (e.g. subject "test", body "test") and get back to the next page.
As stated before, the message is sent fairly early on in this process.
What happens after the message is sent and why is so much memory (200-300MB) being used to achieve it?

UPDATE: it appears to be related to the MySQL database - if I change to a blank database then this returns to normal.
Is there any way to streamline the database?
Also, how can I remove old messages (say older than a month)?

The issue you've mentioned is already fixed in WebMail Pro v3.2. Please contact as at support@afterlogic.com, and we'll provide you with the information on how to obtain the latest version of MailBee WebMail Pro.

You can force old messages to be removed from POP3 account by enabling "Keep messages on server for n day(s)" option in MailBee WebMail Pro account's properties.
Regards,
Alex
