I want to integrate the webmail application into an application I've built, not have it running side by side, but have the webmail as a module of my application. In particular, I have a master file that I want to use as a header for webmail. Any suggestions on a straightforward way to proceed?

You can run AfterLogic WebMail inside an iframe which is a part of your master page. Embedding WebMail into the master page directly is not possible as it's complex AJAX application.

You can learn how to change or remove AfterLogic WebMail logo/header from this FAQ page (the same for PHP version).
