hi,
we would like to use WebMail Pro Asp.Net and we are testing now.
But mail user cant change password? when user change password and then login press get mail ; mail pro give this warning
Wrong email/login and/or password. Authentication failed.
How we can change password on server?

Unfortunately, standard e-mail protocols SMTP/POP3/IMAP don't allow changing passwords on mail server. Thus, e-mail clients like AfterLogic WebMail or MS Outlook are not able to do that.
Each mail server provides its own protocols/APIs for managing e-mail accounts on server side. Implementing changing passwords for all existing mail servers is not possible.
However, changing passwords is supported when you use AfterLogic WebMail Pro integrated with AfterLogic XMail Server. This is achieved due to using special administration protocol implemented in AfterLogic XMail Server.

If we buy AfterLogic XMail Server Pro 1000 user we only make 1000 mail adress? not more? and we buy AfterLogic XMail Server Pro pack is in include AfterLogic webmail Pro?

Yes, AfterLogic XMail Server Pro bundle include the following parts:
- Pro version of AfterLogic XMail Server;
- Pro version of AfterLogic Admin Panel;
- Pro version of AfterLogic WebMail.
