Could you please clarify what you mean of "i don't send mail"? Does WebMail report message is sent successfully, but the message is not delivered?

Best regards,
Andrew

Could you run AfterLogic XMail Server in debug mode, send a message through WebMail and provide us with the debug log. To do this, open Start / Run, type cmd, press Enter. In the opened window run:

PATH_TO_INSTALL_XMAIL\MailRoot\bin\XMail -Md --debug > debug_log.txt

Use Request Support form for this purpose.

Also, don't forget to stop AfterLogic XMail Server service before running it in debug mode.

Best regards,
Andrew

This can be done on Linux too. Just open shell and type the same command.

Best regards,
Andrew
