On a PHP installation of WebMail Pro, are the contacts accessible via MySQL for pre-population via, say, an eCRM facility?

Although there is no interface available for this purpose in WebMail Pro, you can access the mySQL tables which store Contacts data of WebMail Pro:

awm_addr_book
awm_addr_groups
awm_addr_groups_contacts

You would need to have a user identifier "id_user" to get/set Contacts information for this user.
