Every time I install the program I get this error message.

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002)

I have a fresh install of Win2003 SP2.
ASP.NET and IIS6.

Please help.

We've never faced such issue before, but googling discovers that seems to be an environment configuration issue. Please try to follow the suggestions and let us know the outcome.
