Okay i figured out how to install it now I'm getting this error message...
"The web-server has no permission to write into the settings file
or
settings file not exists
/settings/settings.xml
or
Language file (English.php) not exists"
How do i give my server permission i uploaded the settins file from data now what?

Most probably, incorrect path to the data folder specified in "inc_settings_path.php" file in your WebMail Lite PHP root folder.
Please make sure that all the steps described in the installation instructions (for Unix/Linux OS) are performed correctly.

With regard to permissions, try to set 666 (read/write for owner/group/others) for all files inside the data folder and 777 (read/write/navigate for owner/group/others) for all folders inside the data folder and the data folder itself.
You can set the permissions via your FTP client if it supports such feature. Also, if you have a cPanel access, it can be used for this purpose too.
