We are using the latest version of MailBee WebMail Pro ASP. We have created a new user on our mail system but they have not appeared in the Mailbee database. This is usually automatic. Can someone advise as to why this may have occurred and/or how to proceed?
Thanks

Has the user tried to log into MailBee WebMail (users are created automatically during the first logging in)? Did he get any error? Could you provide us with exact text of the error message?
Best regards,
Andrew

We seem to have this error appearing for quite a few users they try to login and get the following.
wrong mail user or password authentication failed
If you then go into mailadm the user isnt showing in there.
If you manually add the user then all is fine.
If there anything i can check as to why this is happening ?
Regards
Dan

We've just noticed that after manually adding the user, they can login and send emails OK. However, they do not recieve emails to their inbox. Sender will recieve a successful delivery reciept though.

Is it possible to provide us with a test account on your mail server the issue can be reproduced with? So we would be able to reproduce the issue on our WebMail Pro installation and find a solution. Please use Support Form for this purpose.
Best regards,
Andrew

Unfortunately, we've not received the data because of a bug in the Support Form which now has been fixed. Could you please try again?
Best regards,
Andrew

The issue happened because "WebMail Settings / Allow automatic registration of new users on first login" setting in WebMail Admin Console was disabled.
Best regards,
Andrew
