in webmail v4.0 demo, I can't find 2 functionalities.
1. settings
2. folder manage
Becuase I can find them in v3.4 demo, but not in v4.0.

I already find answer for my question.
I create a new account and they are there.
Therefore, I think the demo account is designed to disable these.
