Support,
We have enabled "Allow Direct mode" & "Direct Mode is default" still the mails do not get synchronized automatically and the "Direct mode" is not shown
The same is happening properly on local PC.
What settings do we look at?

"Allow Direct mode" & "Direct Mode is default" affect newly created accounts only. If you created your account before setting "Allow Direct mode" & "Direct Mode is default", this account won't be affected. You should go into POP3 account properties and enable Direct mode there. If your account is IMAP, you should go into Manage Folders and set Direct Mode for the folders you're interested in.
