I have an email system setup on MS Exchange 2000. I want to be able to access emails etc directly from the Exchange data store without having to create and connect via a separate WebMail database. Is it possible to accomplish this? Or do I have to create a separate WebMail database, manually populate it with the Exchange data (user details, email info, etc), and then retrieve this information from the WebMail database instead?

Retrieving data by WebMail Pro directly from the Exchange data store (as well as implementing communicating with Exchange via its API) requires serious WebMail source code modification. Moreover, WebMail Pro and Exchange must be installed on the same host in such case.
The easiest way is retrieving all necessary data from Exchange through POP3 or IMAP protocol and storing it in WebMail Pro database.
Best regards,
Andrew
