Which version of WebMail do you mean? If you mean MailBee WebMail Pro, you can specify your signature in your account Properties / Signature. You can see it on MailBee WebMail Pro live demo.

For MailBee WebMail Lite this can be done only through modifying its source code and the signature will be the same for all accounts. WebMail Lite doesn't support signatures because it doesn't use database for storing user accounts' settings and there is no place to store signature for each account separately.
