Sometimes when i'm REPLY to message there is a red window "Incorrect tag name of the root element" and sending does not occur.
What does it mean?

Some web browsers hide detailed error descriptions. Could you please try to reproduce the issue using another web browser, for instance, Internet Explorer and provide us with full error description?

Best regards,
Andrew

Notice:
This error occured only when "AllowAjax" option enabled under SeaMonkey. Without Ajax everything works fine.
Under IE everything works fine independently of this option.

AFAIK, SeaMonkey package includes Mozilla Firefox browser which is supported. Please make sure you're using the latest version of this browser.

We couldn't reproduce the problem on Firefox/1.5.0.7. Some PHP versions generate broken XML code which can't be parsed by Firefox. If you version does, it may be the problem cause. To let us investigate the problem, could you please provide us with URL pointing to your WebMail PHP installation and FTP access with write permission to this installation? You can send this info to support@afterlogic.com.
