This isn't MailBee WebMail issue, but IIS configuration one. Response buffer size is too small and needs to be increased in the IIS configuration.
To increase response buffer size, follow the steps below:
1) Shutdown your IIS server.
2) Open C:\Windows\System32\Inetsrv\Metabase.xml file.
3) Increase the AspBufferingLimit parameter value to a higher number.
The default value is 4 MB.
4) Start your IIS web server after making the change.
This change can also be done without stopping IIS, but to make the Metabase.xml file writable, you will need to go to the IIS control panel, right click the server, select properties, and turn on "Allow changes to MetaBase configuration while IIS is running" option.
Regards,
Alex

Perhaps, the value of AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed property needs to also be increased in Metabase.xml. The AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed property specifies the maximum number of bytes allowed in the entity body of an ASP request.
Best regards,
Andrew

Are you sure you're editing the correct metabase.xml file? To check if any changes take effect, reduce AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed to a small value (such as 100000 which is approx. 100KB) and try to upload an attachment more than 100KB in size. If this works, it means you're probably editing wrong metabase.xml (for instance, if multiple IIS servers are installed), or IIS ignores this file for some reason. You may try to reset IIS using iisreset command as well.

Alex

ok, your suggestion was correct, it was the AspBufferingLimit and for a strange reason it did not change.
now it is working perfectly!
