Hi,

The system is not equipped with a firewall but from interface web, No connection could be established because the target computer specifically refused it

OS : Windows server 2003
Database : SQL Express 2008 (connection OK)

Please check if XMail service started. Try starting it manually and make sure it doesn't stop by itself after a few seconds.

You can start XMail service in debug mode, please run the following command and provide us with its output:

C:\Program Files\AfterLogic XMail Server Pro\MailRoot\bin\XMail --debug -Md
