Hi,
How to activate signature for each user? Not global Signature!
Is it possible to change tab location for exemple "Change password" from "Common" to "Email Accounts"? How?

Signature editor can be found under Settings > Email Accounts > Identity. Each account has at least one identity, you can add more if needed. Each identity has its own signature for it.

That's not configurable and would require source code modification.
