I wish I could explain in more detail my problem, I checked
the logs and there are no problems listed. If I send an email
from afterlogic account to afterlogic account it seems to go
quickly although I have to select check mail to recieve,
however if I send an email from my school email it either
comes about 2 hours later or never comes. The error, my
school email threw was that the message was too delayed

OK I can receive if sent from hotmail, another account on my server, but not from my school account. So there just has to be a setting that I have not clicked somewhere, any thoughts?

I found this, and this doesnt look right at all, when an email goes through usually all fields are filled, so far this is the only error that I have found:

"My Server"     "My Server"     "134.53.6.67" &nbs p;   "2009-04-07 22:48:34"     "mulnx11.mcs.muohio.e du"     ""    & nbsp;""     ""   &nb sp; ""     "SMTP=ESSL" &n bsp;   ""     "0"&nb sp;    "mulnx11.mcs.muohio.edu"

It looks like DNS information for your domain name doesn't contain any PTR records. Try setting "SMTP-RDNSCheck" option in server.tab file to "0", this should work the issue around. Restart XMail service to apply changes.

Based on this information, we can probably suggest that mail server sending message to your XMail Server installation can only communicate using SSL. Thus, you need to ">configure SSL on your installation.

With regard to adjusting DNS configuration, we can perform this for you in terms of 1 Incident Support Ticket, you can order it at this webpage.

I dont think that my school server only sends out on ssl, I was getting the emails over xmail lite just lost them when switching to pro. I looked at setting up ssl but stopped due to A. not knowing what I was doing, B. Thinking that wont solve my problem if I was getting emails over lite.
