When I'm searching for English words it's working but when I'm searching Hebrew text it doesn't found anything.

Perhaps your IMAP server doesn't support non-ASCII search. Does it work if you use some other IMAP client?

We're working with MailEnable
And when we're using Mailenable webmail the search is working great.
Just to make clear, I see the messages in Hebrew in the Inbox but when I try to search it doesn't find any of them.
