I am using webmail pro asp v5.0.3 with iis 6.0 and a access db and i am struggling with performance.

i can log in, send mails ok etc. However i am struggling performance wise whenever i try to go to the next page of my inbox or sent items.

I have tried changing the display from showing 50 mails per page to 10 mails per page and still the performance is slow. It can take anything upto 40seconds to move between pages.

does anyone have any tips on this one (or is my webserver just on a go slow these days) i should mention that the performance is the same when running on the web server, other pages and sites render and run at a suitable pace.

Are you using IMAP or POP3?

Which mode of Inbox sync is being used? How many messages in the folder do you have? What is the total size of all messages?

Regards,
Alex
