How can prohibit the use of private files, but leave the corporate files?

Hello,
Currently, there's no setting that allows for enabling corporate files separately from personal files. The idea, however, sounds appealing so we'll consider adding it to the roadmap for the future releases.

In addition, I suggest to make corporate files read-only for all users.
However, the selected users (such as the postmaster, administrator, etc.) must have full access.
