I have setup Web mail and can receive new messages, but every time I try to send one I get the error "Can't send message". I am using hostgator and it says to use
110 and 25. I have even tried using 26 but that doesn't work either.

Here is the error log:

[12:09:08.18] [SMTP] Connecting to server localhost on port 25
3027::[12:09:11.45] [SMTP] Error: Connection refused
[12:09:11.46] >>>[server_xml]>>>
<?_xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><webmail><error><![CDATA[Can't send message.]]></error></webmail>


Any ideas?

Connection refused is the standard error message when the port is blocked. You have
"localhost" supplied as server name, maybe it's necessary to supply some other value there.
