I successfully installed webmail lite (PHP) and I can login in admin panel however, when I try to login on main site, nothing happens.
and some tabs on my admin panel is missing.
I only have Services, Domains, and System. No Webmail tab where I can change the common settings, interface settings, login page settings, etc.
can someone help? I'm new to this. sorry for my poor english.

Does this occur for some specific browser (Internet Explorer 9, for instance) or for any one?

That tab was available in older versions. Currently, options of this kind are configured in default domain settings.
