Hello,
I am attempting to install WebMail Pro 6 .NET on a server-2003 box.
I have followed the instructions, created a virtual directory, and copied the unzipped files into the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Webmail_KCNS folder.
The issue is I cannot access the application.
I've tried: http://creative-01/webmail_KCNS
http://ipaddress/webmail_kcns

I'm a rookie and new to this. My emailserver is HMailserver.
Help!

It's not enough to create virtual directory, you should also configure it as IIS application. Look for "Create"
button in virtual dir properties. Also, try accessing the installation using http://localhost/webmail_KCNS address.
