Is there a way to access office 365 shared mailbox in webmail api?
In a normal client you can login using: email@domain.com\sharedusername.
But this does not work in webmail.
Anyway to fix this?

Are you speaking of an IMAP client such as Mozilla Thunderbird or this is about Outlook? Are you able to log into the account using any IMAP client?

Also, can you post the logs reflecting IMAP login attempt? Be sure to set login verbosity to Debug level.
