please im using mailbee 7 and im have private server
im enter the settings of my private server and every thing fine i can send emails fine but when i try to retrive incoming messages alwayes no message found
the folders fine but when i connect to inbox folder no message appear
please any help

Are you sure Inbox of that account actually contains messages? If you connect with blank installation of some other IMAP client (Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.) - do you see any messages there?

We have logged into IMAP account directly with telnet, and we confirm there are no messages there in Inbox.

Comparing with Outlook doesn't really work as it uses its own email protocol (MAPI), plus it might download mails to local storage and remove those from server. POP3 clients can do the same thing - thus, it is required you use IMAP client.
