Check Mail.php got 500 Internal Errror
So, when I Login or click Check Mail. it loading forever with text "Logging on to server…"

That seems to be an older version, plus a modified one. Try installing the latest version of WebMail Pro and see if the issue persists there.
Anyway, Error 500 is a server-side one, so it could be that the issue is not WebMail-specific, checking error logs of Apache/PHP is recommended.
