End User logged in and created a folder called 'Personal'
Then added the below filter rule:
If there's From header equal to bob@bobsdomain.com then move to Personal folder.
Folder is set as direct mode.
Every email from bob@bobsdomain.com however goes to Inbox and does not get moved to folder Personal as per the filter rule.
Any ideas as to the problem?

And you're sure that your mail server supports sieve filters and they are enabled along with ManageSieve server?
